General Description


NTR-931TD is a new chromium-based catalyst developed by Shanghai Nartrin Chemical Company that was designed for large part blow molding HDPE applications. It runs well in Innovene-S slurry loop process, yielding high activity, superior melt index potential, good comonomer incorporation, and high production rates. 

This extra high molecular weight copolymers is tailored for intermediate bulk container application and large part container  that require:
          *Outstanding impact resistance
          *Outstanding ESCR
          *Outstanding chemical  corrosion resistance
          *Outstanding creep resistance
          *Excellent processability
          *UV stabilization
          *Durability


The polymers produced are excellent for IBC and 220 liters containers.

NTR-931TD is specifically designed to run in slurry technologies, yielding high production rates as a result of: 
          1) A high melt index potential so that ethylene concentrations can be high.
          2) superior settling efficiency and 3) lower power consumption to maintain circulation.
